Pricing:
  • All room rates are based on single/double occupancy.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice and do not include sales tax.
  • With each overnight stay a full breakfast is included.
  • Sorry, but no personal/business checks accepted!  

To Reserve a Room / Room Packages/Deposit:

  • To reserve a room / room package you must have a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card) in the name of one of the two persons staying overnight at the inn. No third party credit cards will be accepted.
  •  A one night, non-refundable deposit will be charged to your Credit Card at time of booking.
    (All wedding/vow renewal packages along with any rooms or other packages including any additional items are payable in full at the time of booking - see "Wedding Reservations" for details).
  • The deposit will be deducted from your total bill with the balance due upon arrival.
  • All packages are designed for two adults. Our property was designed with adults in mind.
  • Full payment for entire room or room package is due upon arrival at check in.
  • No refunds for unused portions of package, early departures.
  • Attractions/Spas are provided by outside companies which we do not control, therefore, we reserve the right to change or substitute attractions/spas.   Spa services are not available for women who are pregnant. 

To Reserve a Wedding/Vow Renewal:

  • To reserve a wedding / vow renewal  along with any rooms or other room packages including any additional items you must have a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card) in the name of either the bride or groom on file. No third party credit cards will be accepted.
  • All wedding/vow renewal packages along with any rooms or other room packages including any additional items are payable in FULL at the time of booking and are NON-REFUNDABLE!  (In other words...if you book anything, along with a wedding i.e., room, honeymoon package etc. payment is due in full at that time).
  • You can book your wedding/vow renewal by using your Visa, MasterCard, American  Express or Discover card. If credit card is not used for payment,  then a money order for the entire wedding/vow renewal must be received within 3 business days of the telephone booking prior to any arrangements being made.   Sorry, but no personal checks accepted!
  • There is a $50 per half hour charge for weddings exceeding allotted time.
  • All wedding packages are priced for the bride and groom only.  There is an additional fee for all guests including persons participating in the wedding (please see price chart on wedding page for fees charged).
  • Our maximum number of wedding guests is different depending on the wedding package (please see wedding guest maximum on wedding package page).  We limit the number of guests so that everyone is comfortable and can enjoy your special day.   For any guests over the maximum there is a $50 per person charge, regardless of age including persons participating in the wedding  (1 guest over maximum $50.00, 2 guests over maximum is $100.00, etc).  All fees are payable prior to the ceremony taking place.
  • There are no changing facilities, the wedding party/guests must arrive Dressed and Ready for the ceremony 15 Minutes prior to your wedding time. In consideration of our other overnight guests, No wedding guests are allowed on the 2nd floor.

Cancellation/No Show Policy:

  • We understand circumstances arise requiring the cancellation of a reservation however, as a small business cancellations have a significant effect on us, the services we are able to provide and the prices we charge.  Therefore, you may want to obtain trip insurance
  • If circumstances arise that you must cancel your room or room/package and we have at least 9 days notice from your arrival date, no other charges (except the one night, non-refundable deposit that you made at the time of booking.) will be incurred.
  • If cancellation is made 8 days or less prior to your arrival date, then you will be charge for the full price of your entire stay/package.
  • If circumstances arise that you must cancel your wedding/vow renewal packages along with any rooms or other packages including additional items your payment will NOT be refunded.
  • Changing the date, length of stay or modifying the reservation is considered the same as a cancellation.
  • Cancellation policy is enforced regardless of the reason or emergency.
  • No refunds for early departures.
  • No-shows will be charged the full price of the reservation.

Check In/Out:

  • We will greet guest beginning at 4 PM by appointment.  Please note: that we do NOT maintain a 24-hour check-in desk. 
  • Check in requires an appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
    • Appointments must be made by directly talking to the innkeeper (call 501-623-7576 to schedule an appointment).  No E-mails will be accepted.
    • We make appointments for hour time frames (4:00 - 5:00, 5:00 - 6:00, etc).
    • Please keep in mind that we will have made special arrangements to have someone here to check you in.   If you arrive before or after your scheduled appointment nobody will be available to check you in, so please arrive during your scheduled appointment time.
  • Sorry, No check-in before 4:00 PM or after 10:00 PM     {more info....}
  • Both guests staying at the inn are required to register at check in.
  • Full payment for entire room or room package is due upon arrival at check in.
  • Check out is any time before 11:00 a.m. (any stay past this time will result in additional charges)

Non-Smoking Policy:

  • The rooms and the entire inn is smoke free. Smoking is permitted outside only.
  • Smoking anywhere inside the inn or rooms will result in a $150 cleaning fee, charged to your credit card and immediate expulsion from the inn with no refunds.
  • This policy is strictly enforced with no 2nd chances.

General Information:

  • Maximum Occupancy per room: Two
  • We have a 2 night minimum stay required at all times except for holidays and special events which requires a 3 night minimum.
  • Each guest room is on the 2nd floor, has a private bathroom and is decorated with antiques and collectibles.   Also, each room has a microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, TV, DVD, digital CD system, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and other amenities.
  • We have a well lit, off street parking area in back of the Inn for our overnight guests.
  • Sorry, no visiting pets. We have two resident co-owners, Brandy & Coco, our small poodles. Neither are allowed in the guest rooms.
  • Products containing allergens (e.g. peanuts, fish, eggs, milk, soy, wheat, etc.) are used in this bed & breakfast and may come in contact with your food or drink.
  • Photography Policy: There is no fee for family member or friends who wants to take personal photos during a wedding booked at The Gables Inn or for anyone who books our in house photographer, however, a photography setting fee of $150.00 applies to all photographers whether professional or amateur who are selling photos, taking photos, appearing in photos or having photos taken on their behalf.  This is for a 30 minute timeslot and for outside photos only (inside photos require additional $250.00).  This photo fee applies to any bridal photos, family photos, etc. taken on the grounds at The Gables Inn Bed and Breakfast. This fee must be paid at the time of booking of the wedding, special event or photo session.  
  • Photos booked through The Gables Inn are snap shots and are not professional photos, however, all wedding photos on this web site were taken by our in house photographer.
  • This property is privately owned & operated and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
  • This is not a comprehensive list of this inn's policies, but instead an overview.  Please contact innkeeper if additional policy clarification is required.

Gift Certificate:

  • Gift Certificates are payable in full at the time of booking and can be issued by e-mail.
  • Gift Certificates are non-refundable and are transferable to a new beneficiary at a service charge of $50.00.
  • Gift Certificates have an expiration date of approximately 365 days from the time it was issued. Certificates can be extended pass expiration date at a rate of $1.00 per day. Must call prior to expiration and is payable in advance.
  • No refunds or cash payments for unused portions of certificate will be issued.
  • To redeem a Gift Certificate, call well in advance to ensure availability and avoid disappointment. (we usually book up 6-8 weeks out.)
  • Gift Certificates must be presented at check in along with a valid ID.
  • For dollar amount Gift Certificates ($150, $500, etc.) any remaining amount can be used at a later date up to the expiration date.
  • Cancellation policy also applies to Gift Certificates.
