Pure Elegance

A full breakfast is included in all overnight stays.  Breakfast is served each morning and features a freshly prepared hot entrée, fresh fruit or pastry, juice and coffee.  Breakfast is served downstairs in our elegant dining room and due to popular demand, we have put some of our favorite recipes on this web site.  The dining room can be closed off from the parlor by the eight and a half foot pocket doors.  This room features a mantel and gas heater which was added to the home in the 1940's.  The plate rail is original and encircles the entire room and displays various collector plates.  The hand painted gold trimmed plate with pink roses, once belonged to the Sammons family.  Above the fireplace is an oil on canvas painting of The Last Supper.  The lithograph print of The Lords Prayer dates back to the civil war era.  Sitting at the table in the corner, you'll see the Victorian bears all dressed up in their Sunday best!
We are very proud of the fact that we have more pictures on just a few pages of our web site than most Bed and Breakfast and even larger hotels have on their entire web site!
