After 10pm Check In:

• If you arrive to check in after 10:00 pm, there is a $25.00 Late Check In Fee that will be added to your bill.  This fee will cover a check in time of 10:00 pm - 11:00 pm.
• If you arrive to check in between 11:00 pm and midnight, there is a $50.00 Late Check In Fee that will be added to your bill. In consideration of our other overnight guests and your innkeeper there will be no check-in after midnight.
•  INNKEEPERS NOTE:  People often ask Why can't we just come anytime to check in?  Why can't you just leave a key out for me?  Why is there a late check in fee?  The main answer to these questions is that we are a small, mom-n-pop bed & breakfast.  We do not have a staff - it is either mom or pop.  Our days usually start a 6:00 am and continue well into the night, depending on our guests, so that is why any check in outside the 6 hour timeframe established (4-10 pm) requires a late fee.  As for leaving a key out,  we simply cannot do this for the security of all of our guests.

 6pm  - 10 pm Check In:

• Check in between 6pm  - 10pm, Requires an appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
• Appointments must be made by directly talking to the innkeeper (call 501-623-7576 to schedule an appointment).  No E-mails will be accepted.
• We make appointments for hour time frames (6:30-7:30, 8:00 -9:00, etc). 
• Please keep in mind that we will have made special arrangements to have someone here to check you in.   If you arrive before your scheduled appointment  nobody will be available to check you in, so please arrive during your scheduled appointment time.

4pm - 6pm Check In:

• Check in between 4pm  -6pm,  No appointment necessary.
